How is my mochi ice cream shipped to ensure it stays frozen?
We ship our mochi ice cream in insulated coolers packed with enough dry ice to keep the product frozen for up to 48 hours in transit. We recommend unpacking and placing them in your freezer immediately upon arrival.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with a photo for a full refund or replacement.
Are Mochidoki products gluten-free or vegan?
Most of our mochi shells are naturally gluten-free as they are made from rice flour. We also offer a specific line of vegan flavors made with cashew and coconut milk. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen details.
How long can I store Mochidoki in my freezer?
For the best flavor and texture, we recommend consuming your mochi within two months of purchase. Keep them in their original airtight packaging to prevent freezer burn.
